Leisure Town has approximately 1160 homes of various designs.

• Single family homes from approximately 918 square feet up to 1314 square feet. 25 to 40 years in age.
• Garden homes from approximately 700 square feet up to almost 1400 square feet. 25 to 40 years in age.
• Golf Course Estates home square footage varies due to semi-costume homes up to approximately 2200  square feet
• Hampton Park homes are the newest homes in Leisure Town ranging from a little over 1200 square feet up to over 1600 square feet. 8 to 10 years in age.

Homeowners Association Information
Anyone can own property in Leisure Town, but the primary resident that occupies the residence must be at least 55 years of age.  Age restrictions do not apply to a spouse. All other occupants must be at least 45 years of age. Children or grandchildren may visit.
Dues are required to maintain Town Center, common facilities, and 50’ green belts between homes. Homeowners dues for all residences are currently (2009) $500 per year.
The Garden Homes have an additional $350 to $390 fee per year. This fee is for the majority of the front yard maintenance, and exterior painting on a scheduled basis.
Pets are allowed, but must be on a leash when away from home.
RV parking is available for a nominal fee, when available.
Garden plots are also available for a nominal fee.

The Town Center has two swimming pools, one is heated on a scheduled basis during the year. Men and women lounges, exercise rooms, spa, cabana, lawn bowling greens, Town Hall with various rooms for cards, plus a stage for the Leisure Town Theatre Guild. There are other facilities within the Town Center for your enjoyment.

There are a number of activities and clubs in Leisure Town as well as a variety of shopping locally (Factory Stores within walking distance). Transportation is close at hand and readily available.
